Parties and acceptance

These terms are between you (or the company you represent) and Sallra AB, org.nr 559577-1790, Gjutmästargatan 3, 302 47 Halmstad, Sweden. Contact: support@sallra.se.

Sallra is offered for business use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or product.

The service

Sallra is a B2B quote follow-up product for sellers. Quotes are usually created and first sent from the seller’s own business system. Sallra helps match the mailbox thread, watch replies, and prepare the next follow-up. The seller presses send. Sallra is not a general email client, not an inbox manager, and not an advertising platform.

You remain responsible for the content of messages you send and for complying with applicable law and your company’s policies.

Accounts, admins, and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Company admins may invite users and manage company settings.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt others, use the service for unlawful purposes, or connect a mailbox you are not entitled to use.

Mailbox connection

If you connect Gmail or Outlook, you authorize Sallra to access that mailbox within the scopes disclosed in our privacy policy, for matching quote threads, syncing relevant replies, and sending mail only when you explicitly send from Sallra.

You represent that you have the right to connect that work mailbox. One mailbox per seller: Outlook or Gmail, not both at once in the product model.

Customer content

You (or your company) retain ownership of quotes, PDFs, and other content you upload or sync into Sallra. You grant Sallra a license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service for your company, as described in the privacy policy and any DPA.

AI-assisted drafts

Sallra may suggest timing and draft follow-up text (“Sally”) using quote context and thread content already in Sallra. Drafts are suggestions. You must review and approve before sending. Sallra does not send to the customer on its own.

Third-party services and deliverability

Mail delivery depends on Google, Microsoft, and other networks outside our control. We do not guarantee inbox placement or uninterrupted availability of third-party APIs. Google and Microsoft may change their APIs, scopes, or policies.

Fees and pilots

Fees, if any, are agreed separately (including pilot or early-access arrangements). Use during an unpaid pilot remains subject to these terms and any written pilot terms.

Liability and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Sallra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the service or from third-party mail providers.

You agree to indemnify Sallra against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or from connecting or using a mailbox without authority.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk to the service or others, or as required by law. You may stop using the product and request account or company deletion as described in the privacy policy. On termination, your right to use the product ends; deletion of stored data follows the privacy policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, with Halmstad District Court (Halmstads tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Website content and contact

Text, design, and the Sallra name and brand on sallra.com are ours. Do not copy or reuse them without permission. Marketing pages are provided as is; product details may change as we build.
