Questions
Questions about quote follow-up.
What Sallra is, what it is not, and why B2B quotes stall before they become decisions.
Answers
What teams usually ask first.
What is quote follow-up?
Quote follow-up is the work after a B2B quote goes out: catching the right moment, proposing the next step, and keeping the deal moving toward a decision. That is what Sallra handles, not creating the quote itself.
Is Sallra a quoting tool?
No. Sallra is quote follow-up, not a quoting tool, CRM, or dashboard. We sit as a layer on the systems you already use; those stay the source of truth.
Why do quotes stall after they go out?
Around 30 percent of B2B quotes end without a decision, not because a competitor won, but because follow-up came too late, or not at all. Sallra watches the timing and surfaces a single next step.
Does Sallra send to the customer?
No. The seller still sends. Sallra gives the timing, the next step, and a draft; the person behind the deal decides, edits if they want, and sends.
How do we get started?
Sallra is taking shape with our first pilot customers. Book a demo, or join the waitlist and we’ll be in touch when there is room for your team.
How does Sallra use Google and Microsoft mailbox data?
Sallra connects one work mailbox per seller (Gmail or Outlook) to match quote threads, sync replies into quote activity, and send follow-up only when the seller confirms. We do not use mailbox content for ads, selling data, or training unrelated AI for third parties. Sallra’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail is in our privacy policy at /privacy.
