Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated 2 June 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and book a demo, why we collect it, where it is stored, and the rights you have over it. It covers sallra.com only. If you become a customer, a separate Data Processing Agreement governs how we handle data inside the Sallra product.
Who we are
The controller of the information collected through this website is Sallra, a company based in Sweden. You can reach us at hello@sallra.se.
What we collect
When you book a demo, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, your work email, your company, and anything you write in the message. We collect nothing else through that form.
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no third party analytics. Our hosting provider may process limited technical data, such as IP addresses, only to deliver and secure the site.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request and to discuss whether Sallra is a fit for your team. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Where it is stored
Your data stays in the EU. Demo enquiries are stored in our database hosted in Stockholm, Sweden, and this website runs in the EU. Your information is not transferred outside the EU and EEA.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with the providers that store and serve this site on our behalf:
- Supabase, for the database that holds demo enquiries (Stockholm, EU).
- Vercel, which hosts this website (EU region).
Both act only on our instructions. We do not pass your details to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for up to 24 months after our last contact, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time, and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or send it to another provider. Email hello@sallra.se and we will help. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date above.
